What we do

We are a corporate housing company, but we do things slightly differently. Instead of finding our customers first, we are looking to find properties that look good in our portfolio. We are looking for properties that are at the right price point, good location, great amenities, will be marketable and look good in photos. 

Once we find these properties we sign long term leases with them, multiple years if possible. We then invest heavily in interior design and  furnishing the space to make a ready made home. 

Once the home is ready for occupancy we then market the property to find the right tenants.
